Cant activate sierra chart free trial

Hello, i cant activate my free trial, getting {"ERROR":"Failed to send code to number. Maximum number of SMS messages already sent to Sierra Chart account using different SMS numbers.
and i never received the text

Ok thank you im activated, but now when i go to open charts im just stuck at a black screen with no candles or anything. I go to change the background color to see if thats the issue and it doesnt change. I also go to change from bars to candles and also nothing. Im trying to open Nasdaq Futures CME. I see it has (realtime) beside it, maybe thats the reason?

Make sure that your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services".

While on a trial, you are not able to connect to any other Data or Trading services. Therefore the above needs to be set this way in order to get the Delayed Streaming Data from us.

Also, open your Chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". We want to make sure that if you did happen to change services that you have the correct symbols for your charts after changing back to "SC Data - All Services".

Ok i did the steps above and it says "data load complete", but still not seeing any candles or information, i noticed that when i go to change the background color, it doesnt change unless I minimize the window then make it fullscreen again, i dont know if that would help you to troubleshoot the problem.

Do not worry about the Background color.

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
