Make sure that your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services". While on a trial, you are not able to connect to any other Data or Trading services. Therefore the above needs to be set this way in order to get the Delayed Streaming Data from us. Also, open your Chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". We want to make sure that if you did happen to change services that you have the correct symbols for your charts after changing back to "SC Data - All Services".
