Hello
Important information: I don't have any other live account and only use Apex(Propfirm) with Rithmic and bought package 11 and this extra data from CME from Sierrachart for $2 a month bc i only trade the MES and MNQ.
I need TPO, footprint and a heatmap but no level 2 datas.
I have already managed to connect to Rithmic but when I open the MES, for example, I can't load any history.
The window is just black and I think I'm still missing something to load the data from before bc it says "Historical Download Skipped" but i have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" on "yes".
Can you please help me with my problem because I really like your software.

And by the way, I've now opened an account with Stage 5 but haven't paid any money yet because I've read that you have to do that somehow. It would be great if you could say something about that too.

And I am a non-professional trader. That's why I've now opened an account with Stage 5 because I read that I should deposit 100 euros and then simply connect once a month. Is that right too?

Even though you have activated the CME exchange fees, the market data is coming from Rithmic and not our Denali Data Feed. More information:

, I've now opened an account with Stage 5 but haven't paid any money yet because I've read that you have to do that somehow.
If you have opened an account with Stage 5 that is good. Send them $100 and once that is received by them, then within a few days the market data should be coming from our Denali Data Feed.

At that time:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect".

Ah okay, so i've done everything right so far, but because i'm not verified, CME won't give me the data and as soon as i've verified the Stage 5 account i should also get data from Denali and then i will have the history and the current price, right?
