Hello Important information: I don't have any other live account and only use Apex(Propfirm) with Rithmic and bought package 11 and this extra data from CME from Sierrachart for $2 a month bc i only trade the MES and MNQ. I need TPO, footprint and a heatmap but no level 2 datas. I have already managed to connect to Rithmic but when I open the MES, for example, I can't load any history. The window is just black and I think I'm still missing something to load the data from before bc it says "Historical Download Skipped" but i have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" on "yes". Can you please help me with my problem because I really like your software. If you need further information, please write to me and tell me what you need. Thank you And by the way, I've now opened an account with Stage 5 but haven't paid any money yet because I've read that you have to do that somehow.
