Good morning,

I am currently trying to trade 20 Apex accounts using the built in trade copier. I have followed the steps to add the 19 accounts and enabled the trade allocator. I am using OCO orders on the single (parent) account not added to the list of 19 accounts. I have some accounts that are correctly linked and following suit with the parent account, I have some that the OCO order stays open and does not close correctly, and I also have some accounts in that list of 19 that do not trade past the first trade. I am using just one chart to complete these trades. I understand that these settings need to be in place on any individual chart that you are trading. Is this issue something I can correct with setting changes in Sierra? is this issue an issue with the Rythmic Accounts? I have no faith currently in the trade copier and need help making it consistent. I know there will be slippage trading 20 accounts but this is something else completely.

You need to check your "Trade Activity Log" and look at each order that was entered for each account. See what happened to each one. Most likely it is a Rithmic issue, as we see issues like this where orders are sent but there is some error on the Rithmic side.

You can also look in your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is any information in there that may give a clue on what occurred. You can post the log in this thread by following these instructions:

Have you verified this in R Trader Pro? In my experience the problem is usually about communication between Rithmic and Sierra and not execution of orders per se. You should *always* keep R Trader Pro open. You can do that either by paying apex a fee to have two connections or opening R Trader Pro without market data (you can toggle that off on the login screen). R Trader Pro will always show you accurate positions and orders.

Last tip - I recently found that the only way to have "consistent" fills is to use market orders. With limit orders, some accounts will be filled, some will not. So if you see in R Trader Pro that, for example, your target was hit and only some accounts were filled - press the flatten button in Sierra and it will take you out on the remaining accounts.
