You need to check your "Trade Activity Log" and look at each order that was entered for each account. See what happened to each one. Most likely it is a Rithmic issue, as we see issues like this where orders are sent but there is some error on the Rithmic side. You can also look in your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is any information in there that may give a clue on what occurred.
