delayed data feed not downloading.

I have gone through all the steps in the previous locked thread for the delayed data download issue, however this is still not updating. updated to the latest sierra chart (2646), in the current symbol for CME and deleted and downloaded the historical data but nothing is feeding through and in global settings is all set correctly. Please help (i have sent a message log as well) Thanks |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Hi Team, I am still having issues with the data not downloading the historical data for symbol ESU24-CME I have waited and then it gets stuck on Downloading Continuous Contract Data I have restarted, disconnected for numerous symbols, but I'm having issues with the CME historical data, some intraday data is coming through. It has to do, with one of the ISP we use, for some servers which has degraded connectivity to Thailand. In the interim: For this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) Use one of the following servers: ds32.sierracharts.com ds32-2.sierracharts.com ds25.sierracharts.com ds25-2.sierracharts.com For this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) Set it to ds32.sierracharts.com And then you will need to reconnect with File >> Reconnect.
