We apologize for the delay with our response. It is very clear from this log, you are experiencing Internet connectivity, issues to some of our servers. This will all be resolved by next Monday. It has to do, with one of the ISP we use, for some servers which has degraded connectivity to Thailand. In the interim: For this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) Use one of the following servers: ds32.sierracharts.com ds32-2.sierracharts.com ds25.sierracharts.com ds25-2.sierracharts.com For this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) Set it to ds32.sierracharts.com And then you will need to reconnect with File >> Reconnect. For the Forex or CFD symbols you are using, close those charts for now. We will try to have a solution ready by the end of the day for Forex and CFD symbols.
