I have gone through all the steps in the previous locked thread for the delayed data download issue, however this is still not updating. updated to the latest sierra chart (2646), in the current symbol for CME and deleted and downloaded the historical data but nothing is feeding through and in global settings is all set correctly. Please help (i have sent a message log as well) Thanks |
