I have an account with Amp Futures and use Sierra Chart. I am set up with Amp for order routing only, and my data is through Sierra Chart. Amp Futures will not load numerous symbols, including YM (Dow), GC (gold), CL (Crude). It will load ES (S & P) just fine. I have read everything I can find, and tried everything I can think of, but I cannot get these symbols to load in a chart. I just updated Sierra Chart to the most recent version, but that did not help. There were two error messages before I updated Sierra Chart, now there is only one. The screenshot attached is the error message I am getting now after updating Sierra Chart to the most recent version. I also have an account with Topstep, and use Sierra Chart, and everything loads just fine. Amp futures said that they cannot help because the data is from Sierra Chart. Any advice or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Screenshot of error message: Image: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1718049414224.png |

The reason you are having the issue is that you have the following exchange active: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts. The symbols for which you are having a problem are trading on other exchanges (YM on CBOT, GC on COMEX, and CL on NYMEX). You will need to modify the exchange selections you have in order to get this other data. You can modify your exchange options for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, they are not pro-rated, and they do not give refunds. Therefore, if you activate an exchange today (May 10, 2024) you will pay the full price for that exchange for the remaining time in June, and then pay again on July 1, 2024 for the month of July. If you deactivate an exchange today, you are really setting it to not renew next month - you will still have access to the data through the remainder of this month. With regards to why this worked with Rithmic, but not CQG - this is because we do not have support for data from CQG for The CME Group and EUREX. So you get that error message from them. But we do support Rithmic data, so you were getting the data from Rithmic in that situation. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for the quick response, John. I thought I had the full CME package - I guess because I was getting the other exchanges through Rithmic (and not paying attention when I pay Sierra Chart). Thank you for clearing that up for me John, I appreciate it.
