Hi, How are you doing? Seeking for help with an issue on data. Each time I don´t use my computer for a certain time, when I open Sierra chart I have data gaps (Nasdaq, ES) that are not actual market gaps but rather seemingly only linked to my account or my computer. Small precision which could be useful, I use 2 computers (same account) indistinctly. One at home and another one at my office. Both are never used at the same time. I use more often the home computer---> data gaps are more visible with the office computer Considering each time I open Sierra chart, I retrieve fully the data, how could gaps be seen? Is it something you´ve already dealt with? I tried extending the data retrieval period without any change Many thanks for your support |

Please give us an image of a chart that shows the issue by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) And please give us the symbol of the chart exactly as it is entered in the Chart Settings for that chart. You must not be following the instructions. Simply re-download the data from before the missing data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart And follow the instructions exactly. You will not have a problem with this. Unless there is an Internet connectivity issue. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I am sorry but telling me blindly that I am not following the instructions is quite surprising. I am posting the screen of today, I am missing a full day of trading (21062024), something difficult to explain by not following instructions. Internet is not an issue, I run the platform on 1GBs connection. Please find enclosed the print screen https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=171931883639.png Many thanks |

I have also noticed a gap in ES data during overnight last night. Today being 6/25/24. The problem was on one of my computers, but not the other, interestingly. I use volume bars, so I noticed very quickly when the bars didn't match between my computers. I just wanted to report that when I did the instructions here to delete the data, that is fixed my problem.
