Hi, How are you doing? Seeking for help with an issue on data. Each time I don´t use my computer for a certain time, when I open Sierra chart I have data gaps (Nasdaq, ES) that are not actual market gaps but rather seemingly only linked to my account or my computer. Small precision which could be useful, I use 2 computers (same account) indistinctly. One at home and another one at my office. Both are never used at the same time. I use more often the home computer---> data gaps are more visible with the office computer Considering each time I open Sierra chart, I retrieve fully the data, how could gaps be seen? Is it something you´ve already dealt with? I tried extending the data retrieval period without any change Many thanks for your support
