Hi SierraChart support team,

I am asking for your help on connecting the system
I can't connect to the system and I don't receive data and the status of the system is yellow and it says: "Reconnect Wait".
I have not made any changes to the system settings and the only reason I think the software fails to connect is because there was not enough money in the account to renew the "Denali Data Feed Exchange" services. I deposited additional money into the account and clicked renew the service but still I can't connect.
I would appreciate your help.

This issue has to do with Rithmic connection related data which comes from Rithmic. The remote server address is missing.

First thing we want you to do is to update Sierra Chart following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

And then check that the correct Rithmic Server is selected in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Server.

I updated the software version and it solved the problem, now it seems to work properly.
