This issue has to do with Rithmic connection related data which comes from Rithmic. The remote server address is missing.

First thing we want you to do is to update Sierra Chart following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

And then check that the correct Rithmic Server is selected in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Server.
