Hi SierraChart support team, I am asking for your help on connecting the system I can't connect to the system and I don't receive data and the status of the system is yellow and it says: "Reconnect Wait". I have not made any changes to the system settings and the only reason I think the software fails to connect is because there was not enough money in the account to renew the "Denali Data Feed Exchange" services. I deposited additional money into the account and clicked renew the service but still I can't connect.
