I paid everything week ago i was bit late with my payment this month so my pacage was cancel and then i paid on my account website shows i got active pacage but app dosent work i dont have data

We see that you have the EUREX EOBI exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you should be getting real-time data for EUREX symbols. If you are having an issue with EUREX data, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. To begin with, you are not connected to your trading service. Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed". If you are having a problem connecting, then we would need to know if you are getting any error messages and what they state. It also appears that you do not have any chartbooks open. Select "File >> Open Chartbook" to open a chartbook or "File >> Find Symbol" to create a new chart. As it states, your broker has cut off your CQG account. You need to talk to your broker about this. In the meantime, to access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service. I want to know if I am missing something for my data to be real time. I paid for package 12 already. I am in the process to setting up with Stage 5 for my nonprofessional verification and I am not sure if I have to pay for the Denali right now, I read that real time data foe CME should be working, and my first payment should be next mount can you clarify me? Thank You

You currently have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active. But since this is a "Non-Professional" exchange with the CME Group, you need to connect to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your "non-professional" standing for the CME Group. When you make this connection, your "Verified Until" date will adjust to 30 days in the future. You then have to make that connection at least every 30 days in order to update that "Verified Until" date. Your current date is showing as "0000-00-00" which is why we know you have not connected yet, and why you are not getting any real-time data. You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Once you have the account with Stage 5 setup, then you can connect to that account for verification. We would need to know what order routing service you are using with Stage 5 for us to give you the proper instructions to connect. We noticed that you listed an Interactive Brokers account on your "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" for the CME data, so you could connect to that account for verification. Refer to the following instructions for this: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions We do want to point out that the CME Group exchange fees are waived for the first month in which you activated the exchange. So you did not pay anything for the exchange that you currently have active. You will need to pay $12.50 for this exchange to renew on June 1, 2024 (the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis).
