You currently have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" exchange active. But since this is a "Non-Professional" exchange with the CME Group, you need to connect to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your "non-professional" standing for the CME Group.

When you make this connection, your "Verified Until" date will adjust to 30 days in the future. You then have to make that connection at least every 30 days in order to update that "Verified Until" date. Your current date is showing as "0000-00-00" which is why we know you have not connected yet, and why you are not getting any real-time data. You can view this date at the following link:

Once you have the account with Stage 5 setup, then you can connect to that account for verification. We would need to know what order routing service you are using with Stage 5 for us to give you the proper instructions to connect.

We noticed that you listed an Interactive Brokers account on your "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" for the CME data, so you could connect to that account for verification. Refer to the following instructions for this:

We do want to point out that the CME Group exchange fees are waived for the first month in which you activated the exchange. So you did not pay anything for the exchange that you currently have active. You will need to pay $12.50 for this exchange to renew on June 1, 2024 (the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis).
