To begin with, you are not connected to your trading service. Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed". If you are having a problem connecting, then we would need to know if you are getting any error messages and what they state. It also appears that you do not have any chartbooks open. Select "File >> Open Chartbook" to open a chartbook or "File >> Find Symbol" to create a new chart.
