Attached is an image of what we see this morning for that chart. We have the chart setup to be New York time with a Start Time of 09:30. Everything looks correct.

Please get us an equivalent image of what you are seeing.

Hi,I just wasted 15 minutes repeatedly following your instructions to give you what you asked for. Your instructions do not work probably because my chart is detached. Your instructions appear to be for a chart in sc window.

Since you have the chart book and clearly understand the issue, I respectfully request that you take it from here to troubleshoot and fix the problem.
I have been a long time loyal subscriber. I should not have to but if I need to pay you to fix the problem, please let me know. I will pay.

I need the issue fixed asap.

Thank yoh for your help.

We can not fix the problem if we can not reproduce it. The chartbook we have has incorrect Session Times, so it is not valid from the perspective that you have made changes on your end and we do not know exactly what they are. Additionally, from what you have been stating, you should not be having this issue, so we are perplexed as to what is occurring.

You can get us the entire Chartbook if you like and we will concentrate on Chart #7. Follow these instructions to get us the entire chartbook:

Additionally, another thing that would be helpful is a screenshot of what you are seeing prior to the open at 09:30 when you state that you are seeing the pre-market data. We want to see what you are seeing at that time.

The image you attached has us very confused. It looks like you just took this image based on the time in the upper right corner. If this is correct, then your chart is properly showing the data. But you have been stating that this goes away, and in the previous image it showed no data between about April 9, 2024 at 16:00 and April 10, 2024 at 09:30.

Does the data magically show up again? Are you turning off the use of the Evening Session somehow?

Thank you for a good question. Here is the sequence.

1.in the early morning, when i turned on sc, pre market data was showing. in the settings evening session was on.
2. at 9:30 pre market data disappeared. I made no change to the setting.
3. when you asked for the image, premarket data was not on the chart. evening session was on.
4. i turned the evening session off and then immediately on. pre market data showed up on the chart. i took the image and sent it to you.

We were finally able to figure it out. You have the study named "Load Day Session Only at Open" on your chart. This does exactly what you are seeing - it removes the evening session data when the day session starts. Refer to the following:
Load Day Session Only at Open

You will want to remove this study from your charts if you want to continue to view the evening session data when the day session starts.
