contract data missing

Hi, i have volume based continuous (not back-adjusted) set on sierra charts. For some reason, when i rollved over the march contract is missing, no data for the whole contract. I've tried deleting all data and reloading and didn't work and now all i can see is the current months contract. I saw a couple of other things on your website which i tried but still not working, i also have days to load set to 180.
My data setting is set to SC All services (Data) and I'm pretty sure I'm upto date with payments on sierra.

any other suggestions?

What is the earliest date that is displayed in your chart?

Please get us an image of the chart scrolled back to the first bar in the chart. Be sure to follow the instructions at the following link to get us an image, as we need to see the entire chart with the dates/times in the bottom and the header in the top:

The charts were fine when i was using rithmic direct DTC (Trading) feed but it's when I switch to either Teton or SC all services (data) that it's missing months of data, see below link for example

data jumps from 4.10.23 9:30 to 10.3.24 18:00 and then 13.9.23 jumps to 10.12.23, looks like data on that chart before those gaps is fine.

Yes I followed that non of it worked. When I select delete all and redownload, it says 'downloading continuous contract data' on the chart screens but just stays like that for a long time, I waited 15min and nothing happened. What is it meant to say on the message log as it doesn't say anything about the progress of it downloading on there. It just seems to me like it is frozen. So then i click disconnect and reconnect and it loads the charts properly.

I've sent the message log if want to see it, not downloading the data for some reason. one part i read says "subscribing to streaming market data in the serivce client is not supported. symbol: ESM..." if that's relevant

We see some symbols that are conflicting as to which service you are connected to. That is why you see the message about "Subscribing to streaming market data in the service client is not supported".

With your Chartbooks open, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Then wait for the data to download. Depending on how much data you are requesting, it can take a long time. How many days of data are you trying to load for a symbol and how many symbols do you have charts for?

that did the trick, couple of charts had the wrong symbol so seemed to affect the rest too
