We see some symbols that are conflicting as to which service you are connected to. That is why you see the message about "Subscribing to streaming market data in the service client is not supported". With your Chartbooks open, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Then wait for the data to download. Depending on how much data you are requesting, it can take a long time. How many days of data are you trying to load for a symbol and how many symbols do you have charts for?
