Hi, i have volume based continuous (not back-adjusted) set on sierra charts. For some reason, when i rollved over the march contract is missing, no data for the whole contract. I've tried deleting all data and reloading and didn't work and now all i can see is the current months contract. I saw a couple of other things on your website which i tried but still not working, i also have days to load set to 180. My data setting is set to SC All services (Data) and I'm pretty sure I'm upto date with payments on sierra. any other suggestions? thanks |
