Dear Sierra Chart,

I opened the platform today and received an error "Error downloading historical intraday data for EURUSD. Historical data logon error: Unsupported protocol version". Please see attached. Basically, I am not getting the data from overnight at the moment. Wondering if you would be able to please help. I did perform an update to Sierra chart to current version. Also, no updates have been performed to my PC in the last 48 hours.

This is very unusual to get an error like that. It indicates corrupted data, really which should never happen.

Try again:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.

That is good but this is a very rare error to encounter. Sometimes users can have it when using Linux and Wine but not on Windows.
