Hello, Before the holidays, I used to run daily my charts setup with no issues. I had one footprint chart and I had another instance of SC running with a delta candlestick chart, both where under the symbol : F.US.ESH24. Today, I tried to open SC and setup my charts as usual, but my charts would be blank and grey, after double checking the trade service and putting it to "SC - All Data service" or something like that, my footprint chart auto-updated to ESH24-CME, instead of the F.US.ESH24 and the "new instance" doesn't work, the chart opens but stays greyed out and I can't find either symbols F.US.ESH24 nor the new suggested ESH25-CME that is actively running in the original instance. I'm very confused by the change of symbols and the new instance now not working... I don't know where to start. |

Through updating the software with the help > download current version, I fixed my issue with the secondary instance not loading the chartbook. I do have both charts running which seems to be the same as before I left for the holidays, BUT I'm still under those new symbols, ESH24-CME, which are strangely not showing the New-York time. It's currently 12h27AM New-York / Toronto time, but the chart is showing 5h27AM. |

Any idea? I'm just trying to get the right ticker, F.US.ESH24 and the right timezone for the chart

First - understand that each service uses a unique symbology, so when you change services, the symbol will need to change. Second - set your service to CQG. Do not change this unless you need to change it for some reason. But we can not help unless you keep it set to a specific setting to we can work through what is occurring with that connection. When you do change your service to CQG, make sure that you select "Yes" to the pop-up window that will come up after you select OK to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings" for changing the symbols. If you do not, or if you open another chartbook later, you can get the symbols changed by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Once you have everything set back up the way you want, if you are continuing to have an issue, then we need to know exactly what is occurring and if you are getting any error messages, and what those messages state.
