Intraday data not downloading since yesterday, connected to Teton with AMP

Since yesterday Sierra won't download any Intraday Data - even if I do a fresh install and the example chart book loads - it won't download that data either. Just connected the account to AMP with Teton but am mostly using Rithmic login then trying to use the Denali Data.

It was totally fine the past few days and all of sudden won't download any intraday data at all. Any idea what the cause might be?

Since it sounds like you are using different services, the most likely issue is that you are not changing your symbols when you change services. Each service uses its own particular way of specifying symbols, so you have to change them when you change your service. When you change your service and select OK to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window, you are prompted to change your symbols - you should select Yes to this.

If you did not, or you later open a different chartbook, then you can update the symbols by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols for Current Service". Please do this and see if it resolves your issue.

Yes, I've always translated symbols and done those steps. It's always worked in the past. Somehow it won't download anything, even when connected to just the Sierra data itself. The example default chart books won't even load Intraday data. I've checked all firewall settings and nothing there. The live Denali feed works with market depth and everything.

It just always ends with the Error Downloading Data message. Log always says "Close event error. Windows error code 10053." It was working fine until today. Should I send a log?

Given that error code, it means that you are having Internet connectivity issues. Refer to the information at the following link:
