Since it sounds like you are using different services, the most likely issue is that you are not changing your symbols when you change services. Each service uses its own particular way of specifying symbols, so you have to change them when you change your service. When you change your service and select OK to close the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window, you are prompted to change your symbols - you should select Yes to this.

If you did not, or you later open a different chartbook, then you can update the symbols by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols for Current Service". Please do this and see if it resolves your issue.
