Yes, I've always translated symbols and done those steps. It's always worked in the past. Somehow it won't download anything, even when connected to just the Sierra data itself. The example default chart books won't even load Intraday data. I've checked all firewall settings and nothing there. The live Denali feed works with market depth and everything. It just always ends with the Error Downloading Data message. Log always says "Close event error. Windows error code 10053." It was working fine until today. Should I send a log?
