We are not understanding your question.

You can find all the transactions for your account by selecting the link for "View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts" on the Main Control Panel for your account on our website. You can get to this page directly at the following link:

Keep in mind that the Sierra Chart Usage Time renews on a rolling 31 day cycle with your renewal date based on when you last activated your account.

The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the fees are taken out on the first day of each month. The exchange fees are also not pro-rated, so if you activate an exchange in the middle of a month, you pay the full amount for the remaining time in that month.

So let me ask
I signed up to activate the $254/month package on November 2, 2023 and I canceled that activation package on November 7, 2023
Can I get a refund for the amount I have not used the Data service?
If it is refundable, please check it for me

Yes we can do whatever refund you want. No problem. But we cannot refund exchange fees for the current month. So do you want us to refund the Service Package 11 for the unused months?

You are asking for a refund of the exchange that you activated. As mentioned above, we can not give refunds for the exchange fees, as these fees go to the exchanges themselves, and they do not give refunds.

If you want a refund of some or all of your remaining Usage Time, then please let us know and we can take care of this for you.

Otherwise, if you no longer want to have the "COMEX for Professionals" exchange renew next month, then be sure to select the "Deactivate" button at the following link for that exchange:

Note that you will continue to get the data for that exchange through the end of November, since you have already paid for it - it will just not automatically renew on December 1, 2023.
