You are asking for a refund of the exchange that you activated. As mentioned above, we can not give refunds for the exchange fees, as these fees go to the exchanges themselves, and they do not give refunds. If you want a refund of some or all of your remaining Usage Time, then please let us know and we can take care of this for you.
