You can find all the transactions for your account by selecting the link for "View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts" on the Main Control Panel for your account on our website. You can get to this page directly at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog Keep in mind that the Sierra Chart Usage Time renews on a rolling 31 day cycle with your renewal date based on when you last activated your account. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the fees are taken out on the first day of each month. The exchange fees are also not pro-rated, so if you activate an exchange in the middle of a month, you pay the full amount for the remaining time in that month.
