Unable to get spreads symbols

I am trying to get spread symbols using the "Get Spreads" button. It does not load. I am trying this on a Sierra Chart instance connected to "SC Data - All Services", and I do have another instance on a VPS running on "Teton CME Order Routing". In the message log, I do see this: Denali Data Feed | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2023-10-16 04:22:46.122 However I'm confused as to why this would be, since I'm regularly able to load data using SC Data while simultaneously running the other instance for live trading. Is spread symbol data an exception, or is there something else I'm missing? |

You are getting this error since you are trying to connect to the Denali Data Feed from more than one computer at a time, and you are only setup to connect from one computer. Refer to the information/instructions regarding connecting from 2 computers at the same time: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously We can not say how you were getting data previously. It's possible you did not have both systems running at the same time. If you are OK with getting the Delayed Streaming Data to the "second computer", then set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". You will be able to get the Spread Data this way as well (although it will be delayed). If you make this change to the Data/Trade Service Settings, then be sure to select "File >> Reconnect" after you make actually have the data feed update for this change.
