You are getting this error since you are trying to connect to the Denali Data Feed from more than one computer at a time, and you are only setup to connect from one computer. Refer to the information/instructions regarding connecting from 2 computers at the same time: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously We can not say how you were getting data previously. It's possible you did not have both systems running at the same time. If you are OK with getting the Delayed Streaming Data to the "second computer", then set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". You will be able to get the Spread Data this way as well (although it will be delayed). If you make this change to the Data/Trade Service Settings, then be sure to select "File >> Reconnect" after you make actually have the data feed update for this change.
