You are definitely having connectivity issues. If you are still having a problem, then be sure to exit from Sierra Chart and make sure your Internet Connection is working well and then start Sierra Chart again. If you still have issues, then refer to the following: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Hi, I use AMP main account 138263 CQG for Jigsaw, price ladder, and then the sub account 138263A Teton for Sierra. I've just tried to put on a position via Sierra chart and it failed? Any idea why? |

Select "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to open the Trade Service Log and look in there for the reason why the order failed. If it was too long ago, then try to place an order again and see if the information is in the log as to why it is not working. You can post the contents of the log to this thread for us to take a look.

You need to check with your broker, as they have disabled your account for trading.

You have the wrong account selected. The account number in the Trade Service Log is "138263", but AMP shows your account as "138263A" (as you also mentioned above).
