Hi, Unfortunately my interactive brokers account was closed for non availability of funds. I had opened a new account with Interactive broker but when i tried to connect to interactive broker and then back to Sierra chart i am still getting delayed data. Can you guide me how to fix it. Will appreciate your help. |

Your "Verified Until" date is current set to "2023-09-28". You can view this date for your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For some reason when you connected to your IB account, this did not update. We have heard this a few times recently, but typically another try takes care of it. Be sure you are logging into your "Live" account and not a Demo/Paper account with Interactive Brokers, as doing so will not update your Verified Until date. Hi, I again signed the non professional agreement hoping to change "verified until" for the delayed data but it is still not giving me live data. Need your help! Thanks. |

You need to connect your Sierra Chart to your Interactive Brokers account. It has nothing to do with the agreements. Please follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to IB: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions Then check the link we gave above to ensure that your "Verified Until" date has updated (be sure to reload the page if you were already on it). If you do not want to keep your Sierra Chart connected to IB, then you can change the "Current Selected Service" back to "SC Data - All Services" after your "Verified Until" date has updated.
