Your "Verified Until" date is current set to "2023-09-28". You can view this date for your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For some reason when you connected to your IB account, this did not update. We have heard this a few times recently, but typically another try takes care of it. Be sure you are logging into your "Live" account and not a Demo/Paper account with Interactive Brokers, as doing so will not update your Verified Until date.
