You need to connect your Sierra Chart to your Interactive Brokers account. It has nothing to do with the agreements. Please follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to IB: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions Then check the link we gave above to ensure that your "Verified Until" date has updated (be sure to reload the page if you were already on it). If you do not want to keep your Sierra Chart connected to IB, then you can change the "Current Selected Service" back to "SC Data - All Services" after your "Verified Until" date has updated.
