To whom it may concern/Support I was greeted with a big red bar across my home page today, telling me that I do not have a live feed/data etc coming in, and that I need to pay for it. Apologies if this msg is in the wrong place, but I'm a bit of a noob. Here is my reference: Date: 2023-08-30 09:17:58 Transaction ID: pi_3NkkVOE97aBg7GL20GxvHc0y Please would someone help me with this? I need to know what's going on. We see the payment to your account, but you did not select the Package that you want. Therefore, when your Trial ended, you did not renew. Please follow the instructions at the following link to select a package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions Also, keep in mind that having a paid package does not get you the real-time data. If you want real-time data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, or U.S. Equities, you will need to be on one of the Integrated packages and you need to go through the setup for these and activate and pay for the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. Hello John Thank you for the response. One question. Does this mean the payment I made is lost? IE: I've paid for access and now can't use it, or it doesn't reflect anywhere? Ok two questions. Thanks Lloyd |
