To whom it may concern/Support I was greeted with a big red bar across my home page today, telling me that I do not have a live feed/data etc coming in, and that I need to pay for it. Apologies if this msg is in the wrong place, but I'm a bit of a noob. Here is my reference: Date: 2023-08-30 09:17:58 Transaction ID: pi_3NkkVOE97aBg7GL20GxvHc0y Please would someone help me with this? I need to know what's going on. I have paid for 3 months of live data, and I'm trying to set it up. It's a little daunting frankly. Thank you Lloyd |
