Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the data from the previous session. In my settings, I have configured the session start and end times to be from 2:00:00 to 01:59:59. Normally, this setup displays complete data for each instrument, encompassing the entire day, including nighttime data. However, today, when I woke up and intended to trade during the European session, I noticed a significant gap in all my charts from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM UTC+2 time. I have verified that data from previous days still appears correctly, so it seems the issue is isolated to last night. Can you please assist me in identifying where I might have made an error? I'm attaching 2 screenshots from my workspace to show you my case Kind Regards, |

I have also created vertical lines that separate each 4-hour interval on the chart. As you can see, everything is fine except for today. Could you please tell me why this happened? Screen it attachment

One of the things to keep in mind is that the data we get is from FXCM and the trading hours for the GER30 is the following (from their website): Market Hours Daily 00.30 - 20.00 GMT So you will always have that particular data missing. Since it looks like you are missing more data than this, and we are not seeing this missing ourselves, please follow the instructions at the following link to redownload the data, which should give you the missing data: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) We do not know why you would have missing data from that time and it is not something that we could determine.
