One of the things to keep in mind is that the data we get is from FXCM and the trading hours for the GER30 is the following (from their website):
Market Hours Daily 00.30 - 20.00 GMT

So you will always have that particular data missing.

Since it looks like you are missing more data than this, and we are not seeing this missing ourselves, please follow the instructions at the following link to redownload the data, which should give you the missing data:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

We do not know why you would have missing data from that time and it is not something that we could determine.
