Good afternoon,

my data connection is not working I had a connection to CQG. I tried going back to the older version of SCH 2394 but it didn't help. Could you give me an advice please?

With regards to the CQG issue you are having, this is due to the following line in your log:

the broker set me up to connect to the SCH data platform via CQG. After switching on, the connection is fine, but the data is not going. A notification appears in the chart: "Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol F.US.MESU23, ID: 2

However, I don't see any information anywhere. Can you help me, please?

We do not support CQG data for The CME Group and EUREX with version 2394 and higher. You can go to version 2393, but eventually you will need to update to a more current release in order to keep up with changes that occur.

As such, we really recommend going to a current version and using our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Refer to the Setup Instructions here:

You need to go through the setup instructions at the following link:

In order to get data from us for the E-Mini S&P 500 and the E-Mini NASDAQ 100, you would need to activate one of the CME Group exchanges that includes the CME exchange. Which one you activate depends on whether you need Market Depth Data or not.

Note that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. Therefore, you will probably want to wait until November 1, 2023 before you activate an exchange. If you activate an exchange today (October 30, 2023), you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of October (2 days) and then pay the full price again on November 1, 2023 for the month of November.

You do not have to update your exchange selections with updates to your system. The only reason this is occurring is because you went from a version of Sierra Chart where you were able to get the CQG data to a version where this is no longer supported.
