With regards to the CQG issue you are having, this is due to the following line in your log: CQG WebAPI | Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM. | 2023-08-04 15:56:12.678
This means that your broker has turned off your connection to CQG. You need to ask your broker about this. -- There are a few other items in your log of note: The advanced custom study C:\SierraChart\Data\volatilni-usecka-2020.dll needs to be recompiled to be used on this version: 2394

There are issues with the above custom study files, such that they can not be used with the version you are running, or there is missing information. At a minimum, you should remove the studies that are associated with these from your charts. Numbers Bars | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' for account management.
You are trying to add a Numbers Bars study to a chart (or charts), but you are not on a package that supports the Numbers Bars study. You need to be on one of the "Advanced" Packages (particularly package 11) if you want to use the Numbers Bars study. In the meantime, you should remove this study from your chart(s).
