As of about 15 minutes ago, I can no longer connect to the servers. A brief snippet of my message log is below. There have been numerous attempts to reconnect, and I manually disconnected/reconnected and restarted the program as well, neither of which helped. I tried to ping the server address and did not get a response either. My message log was sent for analysis. Thanks. Keep Sierra Chart running and select File >> Connect to Data Feed and Sierra Chart it should be able to connect. We are aware of the problem and if you let Sierra Chart connect on its own, it will eventually go to the backup Internet connection. 25 minutes and still no connection. Is there any way for me to speed the process of going to the backup connection?

No, it should only take about 1.5 minutes maximum. I also can't get a connection to Teton CME Order Routing. I updated to latest (got Build 2512). The only difference I see in my log from OP is that my version is resolving the server futurestradingXX.sierracharts.com to the IP 216.1.90.129.

I am connected now. But when I started the program just now, I got a message box with this message (or something similar--I copied this from the message log): Teton CME Order Routing | Logon error received from server: Secondary instance is not allowing connections to this server | 2023-06-21 18:19:37.560
