Keep Sierra Chart running and select File >> Connect to Data Feed and Sierra Chart it should be able to connect.

We are aware of the problem and if you let Sierra Chart connect on its own, it will eventually go to the backup Internet connection. It does not help to try to shut the program down or manually re-connect. Just let Sierra Chart connect on its own.
