You need to check your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to see what information is in there. If there is an issue, it should be in there.

If your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services", then you can only trade in Simulation Mode. As such, you need to set the Input on the "Trading System Based on Alert Condition" for "Send Trade Orders to Trade Service" to "No". Then the trades will show up as Simulation Trades. Hello, im having an issue with my account. Whenever I try and open a position with my account it doesn’t let me and it shows me a message log, on the other hand whenever I enter a trade on simulation mode it allows me to. The messages are stating "Cannot submit non-simulated order when in Trade Simulation Mode". Therefore, you must be trying to submit a trade to your live trading service, but you are still in Simulation Mode. Refer to the following: Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes Another possible option is that you did not change the setting on your "Trading System Based on Alert Condition" for "Send Orders to Trade Service", which would need to be set to "Yes" in order to send orders to your live trading service. Sorry Nicolas Leclercq, we did not realize that it was someone else posting into the thread you had started. With regards to your issue - is the Alert condition exactly the same in the Trading System Based on Alert Condition as in the Spreadsheet Formula? The implication is that there is something different, as the Trading System Based on Alert Condition is not going back to False, as it is in your Spreadsheet Formula. Keep in mind that for an Alert to trigger, it has to go from False to True. Staying at True from bar to bar does not generate a new alert. But your Spreadsheet Formula is showing that the alert was false on the bar before, then goes true and then false again, which should work. This is why we think there must be something different in the actual alert being used in the Trading System. Another option that could help you is to enable the option for "Reset Alert Condition on New Bar". When this is enabled, then when a new bar is started, the Alert Condition is forced to be false, therefore when the condition is met, it will go to True and generate an alert (trigger an order in this case). When we look at the formulas in general, they match up. But since you are using the options of "Evaluate on Bar Close Only", "Reset Alert Condition on New Bar", "Alert Only Once Per Bar", and "Evaluate on Bar Close", you can have different effects from the standard "Spreadsheet Formula". The main item that we wonder if it is causing you an issue is that you have "Evaluate on Bar Close" enabled and you are only calculating 1 bar. This can create a conflict, since the bar is not closed until the new bar starts, so you may be missing items due to this. Change your number of bars to calculate to at least 2.
