Sorry Nicolas Leclercq, we did not realize that it was someone else posting into the thread you had started. With regards to your issue - is the Alert condition exactly the same in the Trading System Based on Alert Condition as in the Spreadsheet Formula? The implication is that there is something different, as the Trading System Based on Alert Condition is not going back to False, as it is in your Spreadsheet Formula. Keep in mind that for an Alert to trigger, it has to go from False to True. Staying at True from bar to bar does not generate a new alert. But your Spreadsheet Formula is showing that the alert was false on the bar before, then goes true and then false again, which should work. This is why we think there must be something different in the actual alert being used in the Trading System. Another option that could help you is to enable the option for "Reset Alert Condition on New Bar". When this is enabled, then when a new bar is started, the Alert Condition is forced to be false, therefore when the condition is met, it will go to True and generate an alert (trigger an order in this case).
