When we look at the formulas in general, they match up. But since you are using the options of "Evaluate on Bar Close Only", "Reset Alert Condition on New Bar", "Alert Only Once Per Bar", and "Evaluate on Bar Close", you can have different effects from the standard "Spreadsheet Formula". The main item that we wonder if it is causing you an issue is that you have "Evaluate on Bar Close" enabled and you are only calculating 1 bar. This can create a conflict, since the bar is not closed until the new bar starts, so you may be missing items due to this. Change your number of bars to calculate to at least 2.
