Hi, How does one put the renewal of the platform on hold and where does one tell how much time is left for the current subscription? Thanks |

To put the platform on "hold" means that you are setting the renewal to not occur. You do this at the same location where you select a package, but rather than selecting a specific package, you will select "Disabled". Select to the following link to go to this section and select "Disabled" in the list and then select the "Update/Set" button. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage Once your remaining Usage Time ends, your account will be put in an "Expired" state. When you want to start using Sierra Chart again, you just need to login to our website, add funds, and select a Package. The location to view the information for your account, including the remaining Usage Time, is on the Account Control Panel on our website. The easiest way to get to this page is to select "Help >> Account Control Panel". You can also get to it directly from the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi, Currently, I do not have an active platform or data subscription. Can I use the emergency activation today ie on the 31st and only renew the platform and data tomorrow so that I get billed from the start of the month? Thanks |

The Emergency Activation gives you 5 days of Usage Time, but does so by removing that time once you have a paid package. So what you are suggesting will not work. Additionally, the packages renew on a rolling 31 day process, so even if you started everything on the first day of the month, the renewal date will shift around as months with less than 31 days come and go. As we mentioned in the other thread - your data is still active, so if you activate your account today, you will be getting real-time data for the exchange you have active right now. The data will then renew after midnight tonight (UTC time) as long as you have enough funds in your account. Start with the Control Panel for your account on our website. The easiest way to get to it is to select "Help >> Account Control Panel" from within your Sierra Chart software. This will launch a browser and open the webpage and log you into our website using the Account Name and Password that you used to login to your Sierra Chart software. On the Control Panel page, there is a section in the middle with a section title of "Account Details". This gives you the quick view of what is occurring with your account. The important items are the following: - Current Usage Time Ending Date: Shows the date for when your Usage Time will end, or the date at which it last ended. - Service Package Enabled for Renewal: Shows the selected service package for your account, including the option of Disabled (none selected). - Services Surplus: Shows the funds in your account available to pay for upcoming fees. - Denali Exchanges Cost: If this is non-zero then you have a currently active exchange. The other page that is useful is the "Recurring Services" page, which will show the package and exchanges you have active. There is link to this on the Control Panel page.
