Start with the Control Panel for your account on our website. The easiest way to get to it is to select "Help >> Account Control Panel" from within your Sierra Chart software. This will launch a browser and open the webpage and log you into our website using the Account Name and Password that you used to login to your Sierra Chart software. On the Control Panel page, there is a section in the middle with a section title of "Account Details". This gives you the quick view of what is occurring with your account. The important items are the following: - Current Usage Time Ending Date: Shows the date for when your Usage Time will end, or the date at which it last ended. - Service Package Enabled for Renewal: Shows the selected service package for your account, including the option of Disabled (none selected). - Services Surplus: Shows the funds in your account available to pay for upcoming fees. - Denali Exchanges Cost: If this is non-zero then you have a currently active exchange. The other page that is useful is the "Recurring Services" page, which will show the package and exchanges you have active. There is link to this on the Control Panel page.
