Activated Nasdaq with Denali and am not getting real time data even with -NQTV

Hello, I have Service Package 10 starting yesterday and activated the Nasdaq US stock data today but I’m not getting real time data. On the support boards I found a message about adding -NQTV to my symbols which I did and it started downloading data but now it shows after hours data from yesterday even though I don’t have Chart>Use Evening/Full Session checked. Previously to changing the Symbol name I had data up until yesterday at the close which is the point that the historical download stopped. When I had subscribed previously, I seem to remember a green button on the Control Bar when everything was connected properly, I see the ‘Con’ button which looks to be greyed out even though under the File menu I disconnected and connected again. Under Global Settings>Data/Trade Service Settings I selected SC Data- All Services because I didn’t see a Denali option there. I don’t have a brokerage account, I only need the charts and data. The chart really should be using US Eastern time and the session times should be 09:30:00 through 15:59:59 ---- If more help is needed: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". That was an easy fix. When I subscribed to Sierra previously I used to live on the east coast but now am on the west coast so I changed the time zone to Pacific Time, but when changing it back to east coast time all the charts are now correct. Thank you. |
